Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and payments for Prasanthi Homescapes.
1. Consultations & Proposals
Initial consultations and proposal discussions may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Any consultation fees will be communicated before booking; refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Project Contracts
Once a project contract is signed and advance payment is made, cancellation terms will be as set out in the contract. Typically, work already completed and non-recoverable costs will not be refunded. Partial refunds may be considered for work not yet started, subject to our discretion.
3. Material & Order Cancellations
Orders placed for materials, furniture, or fixtures on your behalf may be subject to supplier cancellation policies. We will communicate these at the time of order. Cancellation after order placement may incur restocking or cancellation charges.
4. Quality & Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the quality of work or deliverables, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter and work towards a fair resolution, which may include remedial work or partial refund where appropriate.
